Charlotte was lovely to deal with. Although I bought for my daughter as a Xmas extra, Charlotte got in touch to let me know it had passed the final date for Xmas orders and did I still want to go ahead. She was more than happy to send directly to my daughter at uni. Lockdown has meant she’s not returned to uni yet so haven’t collected the item yet. I’m giving Charlotte 5 stars as communication has been lovely. It’s so nice to deal with a real person unlike the large online retailers.
